Ukoliko imate bilo kakve veze s Kiseljakom i aktivni ste na društvenim mrežama, teško da su vam promakle objave "Pitare Oroz", prve pitare u Beču. Za ove marketinške aktivnosti ali i promicanje naše kuhinje i tradicije po Austriji, zaslužan je Kiseljačanin Dario Kukla i njegova obitelj koji su prije dva desetljeća sreću potražili izvan granica naše države. Ipak, iako svoj život već odavno grade vani i imaju nadasve razvijen biznis, vezu s Kiseljakom nisu prekinuli, dapače. Osim što često dolaze i održavaju kontakte s obitelji i prijateljima, obitelj Kukla se ponosi svojim porijeklom te su pravi ambasadori Kiseljaka u Beču. U svojoj pitari osim raznih vrsta pita na čelu s kraljem istih, burekom, nude i brojna druga tradicionalna bosanskohercegovačka jela.
Pod motom, "jedem dok mi ne otmu", ova zasigurno najpoznatija balkanska pitara u Austriji već 20 godina širi miris bosanske kuhinje po Beču. Omiljena je destinacija našim ljudima koji svoju sreću pokušavaju pronaći u austrijskoj prijestolnici ali i domaćim ljudima, kao i turistima koji želi probati nešto drugačije.
Osim odlične hrane, tradicionalne recepture, retro uređenje objekta stvara domaći ambijent i osjećaj doma bez obzira odakle gosti dolaze. Široki osmijeh domaćina, tradicionalna bosanska gostoljubivost zasigurno nisu na odmet stoga ne čudi da se za objed u pitari Oroz odlučuju i brojne slavne osobe kao i gastro stručnjaci i blogeri.
A upravo njihov dolazak domaćini iskoriste i za pokazivanje najpoznatijeg proizvoda Kiseljaka, kiseljačke pogačice. "U ponudi imamo i pogačice no nažalost, teško je pronaći odgovarajući kajmak a nedostatak naše mineralne, pogačice čini dosta drugačijima" govori nam Dario koji sa zadovoljstvom prati razvoj svog Kiseljaka.

Inače, pitara nosi naziv po prezimenu njegove supruge s kojom u mirovini Dario planira i povratak u Kiseljak. Dotad, trudi se ljubav prema tradicionalnoj hrani prenijeti na kćerku, pomalo se nadajući da će pitara Oroz, dobiti dostojnu nasljednicu za šeficu.
